My legal work is grounded in the same practical experience many of my clients live every day. I’ve owned and operated brick-and-mortar businesses, handled leases and build-outs, managed staff, negotiated with vendors, and dealt with the financial and operational pressure points that come with running businesses. I’ve also purchased, renovated, and managed both residential and commercial property, giving me firsthand familiarity with acquisitions, due diligence, financing, permitting, and the ongoing realities of property management.

Law school and legal training built on that foundation, give me the structure to analyze issues, draft precisely, and guide clients with clarity. I focus on explaining options in plain terms, outlining the consequences of each path, and delivering documents and strategies that work in real-world conditions. When clients reach out, they work directly with me—someone who understands both the legal framework and the practical challenges behind it, and who aims to provide steady, dependable support for their business, real estate, and estate planning decisions.
